The Opportunity

As a platform DevOps engineer, you know how to build, manage, and secure a container platform that meets your clients' needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. What if you could use your cloud platform skills to improve the design, development, and deployment of the SIGINT mission platform? We need you to help us develop and manage container management sof tware to solvesome of our clients' toughest challenges.On our team as a Platform DevOps Engineer, you'll use your experience to streamline our sof tware development life cycle from requirements to monitoring in production. You'll use the latest cloud te chn ologies as you look for ways to improve your clients' environments with current

container sof tware to ensure seamless orchestration.Using yourte chn icalknowledge, you'll work directly with your clients to inform strategy and design, while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process with Amazon Web Services ( AWS ) , sof tware integration, and cloud architecture and Kubernetes.You'll work to support onboarding developers and applications onto our secure DevOps Pipelines in order to accelerate speed to mission delivery. The world can't wait.You Have:4+ years of experience with building, deployment, release automation, or orchestration

3+ years of experience with automation tools, including Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Puppet

Experience with Amazon Web Services, Micro sof t Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

Experience with supporting Cloud applications or infrastructure

Experience withinfrastructure-as-codeenvironments, including activities around the automated server or network configurations, or large-scale sof tware deployments or monitoring and testing, including continuous integration and continuous delivery

Experience with managing Git-based version control systems, including GitLab and GitHub

Experience with containers and container management solutions, including Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

HS diploma or GED

Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire

Nice If You Have:Experience with identifying and implementing automation to improve user experience

Experience with GitOps delivery tools, including ArgoCD

Experience with scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Groovy, or Ruby

Experience with system integration using a variety of protocols, including JSON, REST, and XML

Experience with leveraging JSON, YAML, or XML for configuration

Experience with the OWASP Sof tware Assurance Maturity Model ( SAMM ) orDevSecOps Maturity Model ( DSOMM )

Cloud Certification, including AWS, Certified Solutions Architect Asso cia te Certification, Google Certified Professional - Cloud Architect, or MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
