DevOps Manager

As a DevOps Manager, you will be a part of a smart cross-functional team delivering digital business transformation solutions to our clients. You'll have the unique opportunity to increase the engineering team productivity by developing and overseeing the database architecture, design, and operations within the products of some of the world's largest brands.

Your Impact:Develop and administer databases, and work with business stakeholders to define conceptual, logical, and physical data modelsImplement physical data models and maintain the data dictionaryUpgrade and maintain various application databases to support requirement changesMonitor database operations to ensure properly set configuration optionsPlan implementation of enhancements and upgrades to database environmentsEstablish and implement database policies, procedures, and standards and ensure their conformance with information systems objectivesLead or participate in the development of feasibility studies, designs, and operations support plansDevelop technical requirements and identify solutions to meet the technical requirementsUse agile and traditional data modeling techniques to elaborate and clarify project requirementsProactively report on progress, risks, and issuesIdentify relevant data standards and federal regulatory requirements; configure the database to comply with those requirementsDevelop and review project documentationMaintain system knowledge baseSupport the installation and testing of database servicesRestore database and application operations under planned or unplanned service disruptionDesign and implement reports and dashboards using tools like SSRS, Tableau, etc.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:Multi Cloud Experience (Azure, AWS, GCP); experiences with Cloud Service continuous delivery systemsExtensive experience working with database systems - data modeling, data warehousing, database development, database management, etc.Thorough knowledge of MS SQL Server database, T-SQL and SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) for ETLCreativity with an eye for developing new and innovative solutionsExcellent organizational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple concurrent projectsProven ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with stakeholders at alllevels of the organizationFamiliarity and experience with security planning and security control implementation as it relates to secure database operations

Pay range 118K-180K

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
