Seeking a Network Engineer with a Full Scope Polygraph to Support Customers in the DC Area

Position Summary: Seeking a Network Engineer with a Full Scope Polygraph and a deep knowledge of network design and implementation. The Network Engineer will assist a cutting-edge Silicon Valley start-up, sell and maintain their solution across the DoD and IC.

Responsibilities:

Providing advice and guidance as our client's subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage and adoption of our technologiesWalking customers through the various stages of adoption with our client's PlatformHelping customers with Integration of our client's Platform and other critical ApplicationsUnderstand customers' business challenges and develop solutions using our client's Networks PlatformDocumenting best practices in developing and using our client's PlatformBuilding customer project plans and processes for scalable and repeatable on-board experiencesDeveloping metrics and reporting to understand key customer needs and trends.Create deliverables outlining data driven metrics showcasing customer valueUndertaking discovery and education activities to identify additional opportunities for our client's usage across organizational functions and processesWorking directly with our internal Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to share your knowledge and experiences to ultimately improve our business and our customer's success.Must be able to communicate business and technical value to all levels of managementSome travel to customer locations (

Experience required:

Qualifications :

-Position requires an active TS clearance with FSPB.S. Computer Science or equivalent educational experience5+ years of customer facing experience in a post-sales engineer role for a networking company, relevant software vendor, or as a network engineer for a large enterprise, service provider or Governmental agenciesStrong understanding of Networking and Security fundamentalsExperience in working with multiple Network vendors (e.g. A10, Arista, Cisco, F5, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks etc.)Strong cross-platform technical background including virtualization platforms, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.), network monitoring and other operational tools and practicesStrong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques; Superior presentation skillsExcellent analytical & problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problemsDemonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment

Desired:

One or more of the following certificates: CCIE, JNCIE or VCDXExperience in working for a startup companyPrior experience working with Governmental (Federal or State) agenciesWorking knowledge of API driven workflows and scripting languages (Python, bash, jq, graphql, etc)Linux jockey, approaching rockstar status
