The ideal candidate will have strong business analytical and technical skills.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Architect and implement enterprise class solutions integrating Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies seamlessly within client environments.Lead the development of FI products and custom solutions that deliver business value to our clients and are synergistic with other FI Consulting solutions and capabilitiesServe as the go-to technical lead for FI Consulting s Microsoft-based business solutionsDevelop, review, and test customized plugins, PCF controls, APIs, integrations, and reusable components that leverage the latest Microsoft platform enhancements.Coach and mentor FI Consulting s growing team of technical professionals to become well-versed in developing Power Platform solutionsLead technical, integration and data migration workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions.Become an internal and external thought leader on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform components, Azure, and related technologies.Articulate and demonstrate the possibilities of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Cloud technologies to create new line-of-business applicationsSecure and protect company and client data and information and prevent its improper disclosure.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor s Degree or equivalent required, preferably in Computer Science or closely related field (i.e. computer science, software engineering, IT, etc.)Four (4) plus years of experience developing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CE and {Power Platform, including custom development, deployment, operation and maintenance supportExperience integrating external data and systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions5+ years of technical experience with Microsoft development technologies, including ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, Microsoft SQL server, and AzureFamiliarity with Microsoft's Power Platform, including PowerApps, Flow, and the Common Data Service.Up to date certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) or Power Platform (e.g., MBS-716, MB-200/400/600 or PL-200/400)Desired Qualifications:Master s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or closely related field (i.e. computer science, software engineering, IT, etc.) OR additional years of direct experience beyond those already mentioned.Experience with multiple end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365Two or more years of experience with Agile developmentExperience with Azure administration, Logic Apps, and cloud architectureExperience developing visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or TableauProfessional IT consulting experienceSuccessful candidates will possess:Desire to deliver exceptional value to FI s clients and teammates and take the necessary steps to enable their successProactive approach to problem solving and solution developmentDrive to always look for ways to improve processesMust be highly reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment orientedDemonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly, and to take on a broad range of analytical and management tasksExcellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skillsAbility to confidently interact with all levels of our clients organizationsDesire to work in a fast-paced and demanding environmentAdditional Requirements:Authorized to work in the United States as a permanent resident or US Citizen.
