300Brand seeks hard-working, detail-oriented, and driven professionals to go above and beyond for our technology clients. A 300Brand Account Coordinator supports digital marketing, social media, public relations, events, and communication programs for clients in the Government IT industry. Account coordinators have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of projects and responsibilities in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.

Location: 300Brand Headquarters, Alexandria, Virginia (hybrid and remote friendly)

Classification: Regular, full-time position. This position is salaried, non-exempt and eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the 300Brand team in managing client accounts. Project types include but are not limited to digital marketing, events, and public relations programs

Digital marketing responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and support all aspects of digital marketing programs, including execute demand generation campaigns, draft web copy, marketing copy, and social media copy; and manage deliverables for programs from start to finish with instruction and support from senior team member
  • Account administration, as needed (e.g., organizing files, tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, etc.)

Event responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and support all aspects of in-person events and webinars including developing marketing content, managing registrations, managing sponsor deliverables, assisting with event logistics, securing and preparing speakers, and developing program and promotional materials with instruction and support from senior team member
  • Account administration, as needed (e.g., organizing files, tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, etc.)

Public relations responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and support all aspects of media outreach with instruction and support from senior team member, including media list development and maintenance, pitch development, press release development, press outreach, and coverage/results reporting
  • Develop the first draft of written content (e.g., press release, media pitches, byline, etc.)
  • Research speaking opportunities, events, awards, and media trends/insights
  • Account administration, as needed (e.g., organizing files, tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, etc.)

General responsibilities and expectations include:

  • Conduct research of clients business and public sector IT industry to maintain a current knowledge base
  • Maintain proactive, clear, and consistent communication with internal colleagues to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate across internal teams including creative, digital services, research, and content
  • Deliver highly responsive service and build positive relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Build awareness and understanding of 300Brands portfolio of services
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Attend and participate in office staff meetings and required education trainings
  • Report to management any problems in implementing 300Brand policies and/or in performing job functions

Education, Skills Required, and Other Requirements

  • BA or BS degree; Marketing, PR, or Communications preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills -- must be able to edit and proof for clarity, consistency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a member of a team
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure
  • Ability to generate ideas and think creatively
  • Ability to facilitate organization of project details, track and follow through on personal deadlines

  • Ability to utilize technology, including computers, marketing software, and telecommunication devices
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts or more as required by 300Brand
  • Ability to travel for meetings and training as required by 300Brand
  • Ability to sit and stand for up to periods of four (4) hours.
  • Ability to lift up to fifteen (15) lbs. in an office environment.
