Data Metrics Analyst

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Metrics Analyst to join the PMO of a program that supports a variety of customer IT requirements to support dynamic mission requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Developing, implementing, and managing performance measurement solutions across multiple disparate program service lanes.Evaluating Service Level Agreements (SLA) and how best to measure those requirements against stated service specification goals.Reviewing and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) while developing a business understanding of their application.Engage in data mining, data cleaning, and data exploration activities, identifying key features to construct meaningful models.Strong analytic ability to evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions.Automating measurement and reporting of performance metrics.Creating dashboard visualizations for reporting SLAs and performance metrics to stakeholders of both technical and non-technical backgrounds.Ability to develop strong customer intimacy and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base.Creating, maintaining and updating associated documentation, processes, and procedures.Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance business performance.Provide support for ad-hoc data and/or visualization requests to support other areas of the program.

Hours of Coverage:

Individual shift may vary, but you will be a member of a team that provides coverage during core hours from 9:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.

Basic Qualifications:

Must be self-motivated and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.Expertise with Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.)Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills.Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build/maintain professional working relationships.Must be proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

Direct knowledge of the customer s operational environment.Experience with data analytics.Familiarity with Tableau, ServiceNow, MS Excel.Proficiency in at least one programming language (python, R, SAS, java, C++).Basic understanding/proficiency in SQL.Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar technical background.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.Must be able to move/traverse within and between buildings and offices.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
