Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities:Responsible for ad server traffic shaping, bidding strategy optimization, delivery optimization and other adserving business using machine learning technologyIn-depth understanding of business knowledge, data analysis, utilizing machine learning, algorithm strategies, etc., to design and develop and continuously iterate FreeWheel's advertising optimization capabilitiesLead the team in technological innovation, building and improving current algorithm and machine learning pipelinesTake responsibilities for the research, development, operation and maintenance of the ad delivery optimization.Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements. Conducts analysis to determine integration needs.Designs new software and web applications, supports applications under development and customizes current applications. Assists with the software update process for existing applications and rollouts of software releases.Participates in training representatives and operations staff on internally developed software applications.Researches, writes and edits documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals and formal recommendations and reports.Monitors and evaluates competitive applications and products. Creates patents, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and other intellectual property. Presents papers and/or attends conferences, as well as displaying leadership in these areas.Tests and evaluates solutions presented to the Company by various internal and external partners and vendors. Completes case studies, testing and reporting.Represents the work team and organization as the prime technical contact on assigned projects.Serves as a leader to others on assigned projects.
