What will I be doing?

Provides department staff with administrative support including typing, filing, answering telephones, maintaining calendars, mail, correspondence, BEO's, meetings and records.Coordinate and implement department activities and projects, as assigned.May assist in servicing clients.Prepare financial reports and presentations within Food and BeverageProcessing Payroll and tips according to state, federal and local lawsProcessing Opening/Closing financial reports from each outletScheduling team members according to forecastsWorking with outlet management to solve any discrepancies
