The ideal candidate is someone who can create collateral for executive meetings and develop analytics for reportingThis person will be responsible for overseeing the application of project management methodology (JIRA) during all phases of the project cycle, including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reportingProcure project staff; develop, motivate, coach, and advisePrepare and present cost-benefit analyses, KPI's, and reportingPartner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirementsLead developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needsDefine test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and proceduresEnsure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilizedMake presentations to steering committees or project sponsorsQualifications

The ideal candidate is someone who can create collateral for executive meetings and develop analytics for reporting. This person will be responsible for overseeing the application of project management methodology (JIRA) during all phases of the project cycle... including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting.

ResponsibilitiesProcure project staff; develop, motivate, coach, and advise.Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses, KPI's, and reporting.Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements.Lead developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures.Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized.Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.PMP or PMI certification.5-7 years' experience.Proven project management experience.People management and team building skills.
