Operational Technology Cybersecurity Consultant

Key Role:Apply your cybersecurity knowledge to help develop secure network architecture designs, identify exploitable vulnerabilities that could impact operations, evaluate systems for cyber risks and remediation activities, and design and implement OT cybersecurity monitoring solutions. Perform work both remotely and onsite at various commercial, industrial, or government facilities. Conduct activities, including implementing cybersecurity solutions or performing security assessment activities, such as physical security walk-downs, observations, technical configuration reviews, and conducting personnel interviews. This position will require frequent travel to client sites. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:6+ years of experience with industrial control systems technology, cybersecurity, and risk management framework and authorization processes

Experience writing and providing reviews and updates to security plans and assisting engineers in developing and maintaining security measures to ensure and improve the organization's security posture

Experience identifying and communicating security exposures, incidents, or noncompliance situations to the information systems security manager or appropriate group

Experience with multiple vendors and types of ICS/SCADA equipment and network protocols

Knowledge of multiple industry standards and federal guidance to securing ICS/SCADA systems, such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-37, NIST 800-82, NIST 800-53, IEC 62443, or ISO

Ability to analyze and suggest recommended improvements to industrial control system architecture to meet industry standards and best practices

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
