The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of information security programs, with a focus on operations conducted from a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) location in Washington, D.C. The Program Manager will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and will manage a team of security professionals to achieve program objectives. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security management or related field.
Experience working in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment preferred.
Strong understanding of information security principles, practices, and regulations, including NIST RMF Project management experience, including planning, execution, and monitoring of security programs.
Experience managing teams of security professionals and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex security issues.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
