DescriptionOVERVIEW ITech AG is looking for a versatile professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving product success. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in understanding our business needs, translating them into product requirements, and facilitating the product development lifecycle, and be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, conducting user research, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ServiceNow product delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, user stories, and use cases.Conduct in-depth analysis of business needs and user requirements.Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and user stories.Develop and maintain product roadmaps with clear priorities and timelines.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Monitor and analyze key product metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Identify and document product risks and mitigation strategies.Continuously iterate on product features based on user feedback, market dynamics, and business goals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management and business analysis.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience (5+ years) supporting SaaS projects as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in a software development environment.3+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable specifications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.CLEARANCE: Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearancePursuant to a government contract, US Citizenship is required.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and veterans.
