This position supports the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Designated Aviation Channeling (DAC) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Channeling programs. The DAC services supports the aviation industry with conducting aviation workers required background checks, ensuring the safety and security of U.S. airports and air carriers. Telos ID is an authorized FBI Channeler that obtains certified Identity History Summary Check reports by digitally submitting fingerprints to the FBI for qualifying individuals interested in acquiring a copy of their current IdHSC record for approved purposes.

This position will be based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA with the ability to work remote one day per week.

**Responsibilities:**

* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

* Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals.

* Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.

* Support service implementation, training, and integration projects for customers.

* Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operational performance, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality and seamless customer service.

* Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) across multiple websites.

* Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.

* Provide Tier 3 Customer Support.

* Assists users with computer hardware and/or software applications (e.g. website access, email setup, troubleshooting, etc.) for the purpose of providing immediate problem resolution.

* Work cooperatively with other Telos Corporation and Telos ID employees, government agencies, and other industry partners.

* Perform other administrative and support functions as needed.

* Operations may be 24/7.

Job Requirements **Qualifications:**

* Must be able to obtain the required Federal Bureau of Investigation and Transportation Security Administration security clearances for this positon.

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years).

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

* Proven experience working in a technical writing position.

* Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers.

* Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users understanding.

* Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

* Excellent written skills in English.

* Strong with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

* Candidate must possess strong time management skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to multi-task.

* A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service with excellent organizational skills are required.

* Must be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have experience working with customers across teams, and government agency officials.

* The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
