C2C is not allowed)The Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) will work as part of the team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system to meet various user group needs (The Salesforce COE). The BA will define, analyze, document and validate business strategies, plans, roadmaps, processes and requirements for delivering maximum value to business. The BA will become immersed in their assigned line of business in order to understand their mission, needs, strengths and challenges in order to help them map out effective strategies. The BA will leverage data, the platform, their outstanding listening and perceptive skills to identify trends and potential issues and risks. The BA will skillfully balance being a passionate advocate for both their assigned line of business and the COE team.

Position Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of your assigned line of business.Develop and maintain strong working relationships and rapport with the business team.Produce process flows, project charters, presentations, requirements and any other types of documentation necessary to effectively convey existing processes and future needs.Coach business team on the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce and how it can most effectively and efficiently meet their needs.Translate business needs into Epics and User Stories; document Epics and User stories.Manage the business feature backlog.Represent the business team within the COE, negotiating reasonably and logically on their behalf.Participate in refinement/grooming sessions, providing business goals and fine details to the development team.Participate in all Scrum events and be available at all times during business hours to provide any needed information to the development team in a timely manner.Collaborate with developers during the development cycle to test and ensure the solution will meet or exceed business expectations.Develop User Acceptance plans and testing scripts.Perform user acceptance testing.Facilitate User acceptance sessions, document user feedback and manage change requests.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator working in Sales, Service or Marketing CloudBachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.Outstanding listening, perceptive and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work directly, and successfully, with cross-functional Business teams/partnersAbility to lead and manage change through process development and improvementExceptionally collaborative, flexible and adaptable when working with customers and various teamsProven ability to work successfully in a self-directed manner and make the right decisionsProven ability to effectively approach, break down and solve big problemsAbility to work at both the strategic and fine detailed levelsETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
