We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Software Testing Engineer to join our fast-moving team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our technology focused services.

Responsibilities :

Test Case Execution:Execute manual and automated test cases to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.Work closely with senior testing engineers to understand testing requirements and objectives.Defect Identification and Reporting:Identify and document software defects, providing clear and detailed information for efficient resolution.Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and validate reported issues.Test Documentation:Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.Assist in the development of comprehensive testing documentation under the guidance of senior team members.Automation Support:Support the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.Learn and apply automation best practices under the mentorship of experienced automation engineers.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.Communicate testing progress and results effectively to team members.Learning and Development:Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance testing skills.Stay informed about industry trends, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance.Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.Familiarity with at least one high level programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby.).Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Good communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Preferred

Qualifications :

Relevant internships or coursework in software testing.Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., pytest, nose2, Requests, etc).Exposure to basic scripting and automation concepts.
