ROOST Real Estate Co., a leading and rapidly expanding real estate agency, is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. As the Director of Growth, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting talented licensed real estate sales professionals to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and skills as a leader with a background in real estate. Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 Expected First Year Earnings
Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential real estate sales agents who align with ROOST Real Estate Co.'s values and culture.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and potential fit within the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective candidates, acting as a brand ambassador for ROOST Real Estate Co. and effectively promoting the benefits of joining our team.
Collaborate with the management team to understand and anticipate recruitment needs, developing strategies to attract top talent.
Actively participate in industry events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities to increase visibility and attract potential candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including assisting with onboarding procedures and paperwork.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-time licensed real estate salesperson or broker/manager in Columbus, Ohio.

Strong organization, collaboration, and follow-up skills.
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and understanding of the licensing requirements for real estate sales professionals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect with and influence candidates.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Previous recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
