Job Description

Overview:

Positions in Information Technology Leadership will be responsible for overseeing teams of IT specialists and providing and implementing solutions to any information technology problems that may arise. Information Technology Leadership refers to the following job titles. Individuals with experience in the following positions should apply here.
  • Chief Information Officer (CIO)
  • Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
  • Director of Technology

  • IT Manager
  • Management Information Systems Director
  • Technical Operations Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Preparing summary report on all major incidents occurring on shift
  • Coordinating resources with teams across disciplines to ensure any arising IT issues are solved promptly and completely
  • Communicate issues and solutions in a timely manner; allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the effort; manage the activities of the information technology team; provide direction and mentoring information technology members; solid planning capabilities and ability to interface with many different organizations
  • Interact with members of the technical team leads; to understand the current system, subsystems, and component specifications and be able to use experience to recommend changes to facilitate efficient and effective development
  • Meet program objectives, provide transparent work packages and deliverables to the customer
Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Experience working projects in technical IT large scale operations environments such as event monitoring and management, security services, IP Telephony, Video Teleconferencing, as well as implementations of new equipment and services
  • Must have worked in and have a solid understanding of highly technical environments and equipment be able to communicate and work with TI professionals doing systems engineering and administration in these environments
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer, Business or Math related field and 5-11 years' experience which can be a combination of work experience and education
  • TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required
