Bethesda, MDTENICA is looking to hire an IT Program Coordinator with a

TS/SCI, CI polyWe are seeking a highly motivated and tactical IT Project Coordinator to join our team and leverage their expertise to coordinate IT projects. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will serve as the lead for the assigned project and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programmatic data ranging from project plans, artifacts, waypoints, timelines, implementation planning, and more.Responsibilities:Providing subject matter expertise in the fulfillment of IT system strategic planning, design, transition, operations, and continual improvement of IT servicesEnsuring all necessary programmatic and technical artifacts required to deliver the project effectively and successfully are created, maintained, and accurateEnsuring tasks are completed within the deadlines and tasking guidance from the Sponsor is clear and unambiguousPreparing necessary IT authorization documents, plans, and certifications for the operations, maintenance, and development of IT systems to include preparing official documentation and requests for approval (e.g., Authorization to Proceed (ATP), System of Record Notice (SORN), and Authorization to Operate (ATO))Ensuring project reporting on performance and status is complete and delivered per requirements and deadlinesCoordinating across the client s organization to ensure information sharing and interpreting IT language for a wide audienceFacilitating and participating in meetings and information sessions; coordinating project schedules; creating and distributing minutes and action items; and tracing action items for successful completionCoordinating with networks host, authorization officials, and IT stakeholders regarding the management and upkeep of the ATOs, Risk Management Frameworks (RMFs), and other vital artifactsOrganizing and monitoring multiple interconnected projectsLiaising with primary and peripheral service providers, vendors, mission partners, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues in a timely mannerCoordinating efforts with user community stakeholders to refine system requirements, mature technical specification, and prioritize customer recommended featuresQualifications (Required):Active TS/SCI with Poly3-5 years of experience working within an IC AgencyMinimum 5 years of IT experience on large-scale programs with hands-on experience in project management office processes and proceduresSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate independently with limited supervision and feedbackAbility to establish solid working relationships with technical staff and peers within the client s organization, as well as other external client customersDemonstrated ability to compose and edit written materials independentlyDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and effective communications using tact, patience, and courtesyProficiency in standard office softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsEducation:High School Diploma/GED + 12 YearsAssociate's Degree + 10 YearsBachelor's Degree + 8 YearsMaster's Degree + 6 YearsPhD + 4 Years
