Your work directly impacts national security and global issues, you will have the chance to contribute to missions that are of paramount importance to the United States and its allies, know that that the virtual environments you support are making a difference on a global scale.Whatyouwill be working on:As the RPA Engineer/Architect, you will examine and document business processes and make recommendations for process improvement through redesign and/or automation.Work with customer to understand processes at the key stroke levelUnderstand the process that needs to be automated, checking the feasibility of automating that particular process, and, if it makes sense to do so, designing and developing the future state of that processDevelop and facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings, training opportunities and process improvement meetingsResearch and document anticipated return-on-investment or expected operational improvement for government considerationDesign, develop and implement software robots, or bots, to work alongside humans to enhance business process efficiencyIdentify, collect and disseminate best practices and lessons learnedDevelop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that define the processes, criteria, input requirements and notional timelines that support business process improvement and/or automation recommendationsEstablish the engagement strategy, project plan, risks, dependencies, assumptions and "as-is" and "to-be" process documentation for both automated and non-automated process improvement solutionsWork with customer to understand processes at the key stroke levelWhat you will bring to us:Active TS/SCI ClearanceCurrent DoD IAT II Level certificationor the ability to successfully obtain one within 90 days of hireWould be nice if you bring the following:Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience5-10 years of experience as a process analyst, preferably with experience implementing Robotic Procss Automation (RPA) solutionsBusiness process analysis, documentation and improvement through process redesignExpertise documenting As-Is and To-Be business processes using swim-lane diagrams and other process modeling techniques as part of process improvement activitiesExperience developing and documenting Standard Operating ProceduresKnowledge of how to evaluate return on investment and/or expected operational improvement measuresProven ability to evaluate, identify and document best practice activities and processesAbility to develop and deliver process-related trainingFacilitation skills for leading group ideation exercises, requirements gathering, discovery sessions, planning meetings, etc.Familiarity with Process Automation tools and technologiesWhat you will get:Joining a team of technology experts and partners in the same missionA high-growth environment with plenty of opportunities to grow your career as the company growsOwner and Leadership team that come from technical backgrounds so they understand the day-to-day challenges of the technical consulting world and can offer real-life solutions and guidanceHighly competitive benefits package that shows we want to hire the very bestContact Us
