T-Rex Solutions, as a technical integrator in the federal government space, has a strategic partnership with Palantir, a premier big data analytics company with their products in use throughout numerous federal agencies. T-Rex is seeking strong developers and data engineers to support the development, integration and expansion of the Palantir Foundry platform. All candidates must be cleared (Secret or TS) and be able to work on-site in Washington, DC at least 3 days per week, with the opportunity to support one of many federal agency customers.

Responsibilities:

Setup transfers of data feeds from source systems into location accessible to FoundryDebug issues related to delayed or missing data feedsWrite transformations and derive new datasets using Spark for distributed computationMonitor build progress and debug build problemsUsing Foundry's application development framework to design applications that address operational questionsRapid development and iteration cycles with SME's including testing and troubleshooting application issuesExecuting requests for information (RFI's) surrounding the platform's data footprint

Requirements:

US citizenship is requiredActive Secret or Top Secret clearanceStrong engineering background, preferably in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.Proficiency with programming languages such as Python (Pyspark, Pandas) SQL, R or similar languages.Ability to work effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.Skill and comfort working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives and iteration with users.Demonstrated ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
