**Overview:**

Kitchen associate will assist cook in preparing food , and prepping the line for the cook.

**How You'll Make A Difference:**

Prepares food items; ensures speedy service and that only quality food items are prepared and served while using correct portions to ensure proper food cost procedures are followed.

Keeps work area clean, sanitary, and orderly including the preparation area, serving lines and all equipment.

Ensures product temperature controls are met and maintained for quality and safety.

Learns, understands, and demonstrates proficiency in operational tasks, service/production flow, equipment cleaning and usage, and menu items in the location.

Other duties may be assigned.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must successfull pass Serve safe certitification.

**We're Looking For:**

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
