Bachelor s degree. Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university.
Experience:
3-5 years of related experience
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office along with database software experience; Google Drive, DropBox, Adobe Acrobat Pro. MSCR
Program staff; develops, coordinates, and advises staff regarding program activities.Develops, plans, coordinates, and implements activities including, but not limited to, conferences, workshops, webinars, public events, and other related programs.Develops and coordinates new ideas and concepts for brochures, social media content, materials, and resources to expand recruitment components.Direct program correspondences by preparing and reviewing memos, meeting minutes and emails.Monitors and updates program data on current and past graduates through the administration of evaluations/surveys via REDCap, investigates trends, and recommends and implements modifications to current training program.Maintains liaison with other programs, offices, and departments at
MSM
to coordinate program business and to accomplish program objectives; interfaces with external organizations appropriate to ensure cooperative efforts are enhanced and available resources are utilized.Assists in the preparation of sub-award budgets and grant submissions; monitors, verifies and reconciles invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions.Schedule meetings with internal and external constituents and participate in internal and external meetings.Contribute to the organizing and submission of abstracts, manuscripts, and publications.Pre-Employment/Employment Requirements
