We are looking for a 100% remote Kinaxis Rapid Response technical resource who can participate in the design, development and analysis of their Kinaxis Rapid Response workbooks/applications. Below are some more details on the responsibilities.

Essential job functions:

1. Write new, or upgrade existing RR low code to implement new workbook design.

2. Complete RR workbook analysis and design.

3. Design RR workbook specifications and documentation.

4. Maintain current knowledge of new technologies and services.

5. Advise and consult co-workers on issues and improvement opportunities with RR.

6. Consult with end-users for program efficiency and future RR workbook developments.

7. Provide RR workbook development support.

8. Provide project/task time and cost estimates.

9. Plan and conduct RR workbook component/system tests.

10. Debug and troubleshoot existing RR workbooks.

11. Follows proper coding processes and protocols as set forth in the SMTC SDLC.

12. Maintain standards to assure RR application/workbook quality.

13. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
