We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (Hybrid) to join our client's team. You'll be reaching out to mid-market and large enterprise clients, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role for candidates located in Washington, DC, Maryland or Virginia, with the ability to commute to the office in Falls Church, VA, 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and video messages
Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline
Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
2+ years in a BDR or similar hunter role in SaaS sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn
Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless or similar tools
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in Data Security, Data Privacy Governance software sales
Experience selling to CCO, CIO, CISO, Chief Privacy Officer
Enterprise sales experience
Startup experience

Base compensation: $50,000 per year (negotiable depending on the experience and skills)
OTE: $70,000-$75,000 per year
