About the Role:
  • The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for leading and helping to manage various aspects of large-scale construction projects ranging in size from $10 Million up to $150 Million+. Key responsibilities include managing and organizing all documentation, assisting with the budget, developing preconstruction packages, updating project schedule, assisting with subcontractor management, and helping to lead client communications.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2-5 Years of commercial construction experience.
  • Willingness to live and travel throughout the DC metro area to support projects.
  • Knowledge of leading software programs such as ProCore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for construction and desire to grow.
  • B.S. in Construction Management and/or Engineering preferred.
