Job Description

AECOM is currently seeking a passionate and motivated Project Manager to drive compliance and manage change effectively across a global real estate portfolio. In this role you will be able to innovate with purpose, take on diverse challenges, lead change initiatives that move our organization forward, while working alongside some of the best peers, stakeholders and business partners. If your superpowers are: strategically managing multiple projects concurrently, navigating change with finesse, strong analytical skills, attention to detail for developing and implementing effective frameworks, policies, and procedures within the organization, ensuring compliance, while minimizing risk, then this is the perfect role for you. This s a telecommute/remote role.

In this role you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Create, develop, and implement robust governance and change management frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Support change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to process, communicate, and implement changes effectively to achieve project objectives
  • Apply program management methodologies to support multiple projects concurrently
  • Work cross functionally with stakeholders to deliver impactful programs and products aligned with business goals
  • Support the correction of errors reporting, that drive solutions for defect elimination
  • Coordinate continuous improvement strategies that focus on reducing the cost to serve, frugality, correction of errors, defect elimination, continuous improvement and other business goals
  • Report out on comprehensive metrics to track project and program performance; develop and implement comprehensive metrics to track performance across programs/projects
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Industrial Engineering + 4 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Requirements

  • MBA or Master s Degree or other advanced degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in design change or project management, and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex programs and delivering successful products and programs
  • 8+ years of implementing change management principles and methodologies
  • 8+ years of core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality projects in an atmosphere were speed, flexibility, and heavy workload are the expected norm.
  • Strong analytical skills including financial modeling.
  • Superior communication skills including proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with risk management in real estate and tech industries
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Experience leading projects and interacting with cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing and implementing process to streamline operations, and driving automation and standardization.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using date and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and in the general Microsoft Office product suite.
  • Relentlessly high standards and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to work in an ambiguous environment, identify and solve novel problems, and manage change.
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to understand the audience and customer.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is: $92k - $125k
