Job Description
Candidate should have the ability to be a strong leader foremost. Ability to account for all costs, schedules, performance, reporting, and oversee all decisions throughout the life cycle of the program. Possess skills to plan, establish program standards, build and direct a solid team in order to meet program objectives. Strong communication both verbally and written so team is clear on every level where the program stands at any given point in time. Knowledgeable but not limited to the following areas: Acquistion Planning, Contract Management, Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Data Management, Earn Vale Management (EVM), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Life-Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Production, Quality Manufacturing (PQM), Milestone Decision Authority (MDA), Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Technology Development Strategy (TDS).
Minimum of 7 years of experience.
Qualifications
Bachelors or equivalent experience in a related field. TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
