Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Project Manager provides leadership and full support to the Field Management team in all aspects of a project. This will include but is not limited to project organization, including creating and maintaining folders, utilizing spreadsheets for tracking purposes and ensuring all logs are maintained and up to date. It is the Project manager job to ensure the procurement of all submittals for all equipment and materials as specified. They must manage, track, and submit all RFI, change orders, submittals, billing, buyouts. Manage the project set up process, maintain the jobs budget, and ensure that the project is on schedule until completion and manage the close out process.
