Project Manager

Support the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program as a Project Manager.

Support the VA EHRM Cerner project. Work under the general direction of the Project Lead. The Project Manager will track actions, tasks, schedules, lead solution efforts, report on project status, develop and maintain metrics, and all other aspects of project delivery for assigned projects.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10 years of professional work experience
  • Experience in Information Technology related projects
  • Experience in all aspects of a well run meeting (facilitation, agenda development, meeting minutes, action tracking)
  • Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
  • Able to identify, track and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups (including executive leadership) to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Bachelor's Degree or greater educational achievement
Nice to have qualifications:
  • Experience in the VA, DoD, or both
  • Experience in the healthcare field
  • Experience implementing Electronic Health Records
  • Experience with Power BI/Sharepoint
  • Experience working with executive-level leaderships in the Federal space
