The PM shall ensure that: (1) the goals and objectives of the project, and (2) problem resolution and customer satisfaction are accomplished within prescribed times and funding parameters.This position is contingent upon contract awardResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Get To Do:Manage on-site employees across multiple sites throughout Northern Virginia, ensuring contract compliance and meeting customer needsResponsible for implementing the Contractor s Quality Control Plan and ensuring that the Contractor s workforce complies with the contract requirements.Oversee quality control of contract deliverables.Available to receive and implement Post or General Orders (or instructions) from the Government that affect the work, operations and services performed by the contractor's workforce.Responsible for interfacing with organized labor and complying with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.Responsible for interviewing and hiring of employees on contract.QualificationsYou'll Bring These Qualifications:A minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience to include: project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or subcontracts of various types and complexity.Bachelor s degree in any field of study or have substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military or business management experience.Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.Nice to have:Knowledge of FPS directives pertaining to security operationsKnowledge of current issues, trends, laws, regulations, and technologiesAbility to provide recommendations, as needed, to the COR regarding security weaknesses and vulnerabilities.Skill in satisfactorily dealing with customers.Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.Chenega Corporation and family of companies is an EOE.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledNative preference under PL 93-638.We participate in the E-Verify Employment Verification Program
