DescriptionThe Sr. Program Manager - Fleet Remediation Engineering supports our capital improvement programs that modernize and improve our extensive data center fleet. This role provides a unique opportunity to engage in a highly data-driven approach to program management at a global scale. In this role, the Sr. PM applies their expertise to:Develop and get buy-in on plans and programs to improve our data centers and infrastructureImplement novel methods for assessing projects status, globally on a huge scaleGenerate high-quality communications and reports that enable leadership to understand challenges and progress, and that provide transparency to all stakeholdersTrack progress, remove blockers, and promote the successful implementation of programs that improve our data centersCollaborate across organizations (Engineering, Development, Finance, Operations) and be the linchpin for successful delivery of programsEach day you will interact with different teams responsible for engineering, development, finance, integration, and operation of these complex capital improvement programs. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
