Deputy Program Manager
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support our NAVSEA customer in Washington, DC.

Position Requirements

• Supervisory experience
• Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel.
• Experience with DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process), Naval Science and Technology (S&T) Strategies and Future Naval Capabilities (FNC) programs and Foreign Military Sales

Position Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management or Science discipline
• 5 years professional experience in program/project management in DOD acquisition or Navy acquisition
• Preferred: 10 years DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
• Desired/Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
