Location - currently 100% remote, post covid may require 2-3 days per week in Crystal City VA
As a Full Stack Developer with INTEGRITYOne Partners, you will be at the tip-of-the-spear delivering software solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with demonstrated experience in Agile software development. In this role, you will:
* Leverage your experience over the last 5-7 years with requirements gathering, design, implementation, and testing software or systems development using:
o Front end UI (React, JavaScript, CSS), Java/Spring/Spring Boot for middle tier, and AWS Cloud for back end infrastructure
o Relational databases (JPA/JDBC persistence)
o Spring Boot microservices (GraphQL/REST), Containerization, DevSecOps tools and techniques, and Kubernetes or OpenShift
* Collaborate with team members and clients to iteratively develop, validate, and operate software at scale using Agile techniques
* Use your experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications and systems components
* Demonstrate your excellent communication, facilitation, and mediation skills by working directly with our clients, team members, and other development teams
* Use your experience in responding to client requirements in tight timeframes, government or otherwise - this entails flexibility in both work location (work from home but may need to meet ad hoc with the client with little notice); and hours (occasional off-hours on-call shifts)

* Our contract requires that you are a US Citizen and can obtain and maintain a DHS 6C (Public Trust). This requirement is not negotiable for this role. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
* Bachelor's degree or beyond; a computer science background is recommended but not required if suitable experience can be demonstrated.
