**Overview:**

Prepares and serves food and alcoholic beverages to resort guests while ensuring local, state, and federal regulations of alcohol service are met as well as Cedar Fair Alcohol policies. Operates cash registers and requires identification for guests to whom alcohol is served. Maintains a clean and safe work area while providing excellent customer service to resort guests

**How You'll Make A Difference:**

Monitors alcohol sales and consumption consistent with Ohio Liquor Laws. Including, but not limited to, verifying proper identification for the minimum age requirement of 21 years of age. Serves beer and wine as well as mixed and frozen beverages in correct portions. Ensures proper Cedar Fair policy and Ohio Liquor Laws are followed including Board of Health regulations.

Takes proper payment for food and beverage items using a POS while providing excellent guest service. Including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.

Transports and taps beer kegs. Maintains proper stock levels in coolers. Ensures all safety equipment is being used properly and that product temperature controls are met. Alerts a Supervisor of any malfunctions, safety concerns or inventory needs.

Maintains proper stock levels and alerts a Supervisor to inventory needs. Maintains workspace cleanliness and sanitization by Cedar Fair guidelines. Which includes, but not limited to, sweeping, emptying trash cans and sanitizing surfaces.
