Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals, including deposit growth, loan origination, and overall financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their financial needs and providing exceptional service.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
