Position: Banking Branch Manager (Direct-Hire)

Location: Washington DC (On-site)

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Addison Group's client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Branch Manager for a direct-hire position based in our Washington DC location. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets. With a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead and contribute to the success of our banking branch in the vibrant Washington DC area.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals, including deposit growth, loan origination, and overall financial performance.
  3. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a high standard of operational integrity.
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their financial needs and providing exceptional service.
  5. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to implement new products, services, and marketing initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and foster a positive work culture.
  8. Oversee cash management processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and complex transactions, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues promptly and effectively.


Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
