We are hiring an experienced

Human Resources Coordinator

to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Ashburn, Virginia at One Loudoun.
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented candidate who will support the HR department with various tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, maintaining HR documentation, and administrative duties. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth HR operations while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
Job Description

Assists with full-cycle recruitment including, posting opportunities through the ATS, vetting applicants, coordinating logistics for phone/Zoom interviews, submitting background checks, hosting new hire orientations, and onboarding candidates.
Responds to general inquiries about policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Maintains HR supporting documentation and assists with audits.
Assists with offboarding process, including termination of accesses, etc.
Responsible for ID badge creation and deactivation as well as maintaining cubicle signs.
Assists with tracking key HR metrics for various reporting purposes.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records.
Updates HRIS system (Paylocity) as needed.
Coordinates internship program.
Performs HR administrative tasks such as employment verifications.
Must be able to occasionally (monthly) travel to Winchester facility to assist with HR support as needed.
Maintains high-level of confidentiality and communicates with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
Assists with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR or related field; experience in HR in lieu of degree will be considered.
1-2 years experience in Human Resources.
Strong emotional intelligence and displays high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Exceptional attention to detail with superior follow-through skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
HRIS experience desired; Paylocity a huge plus.
