Corporate Strategy Consultant page is loaded
The Corporate Strategy Consultant will work with company leaders at all levels of the organization to define and evaluate strategic objectives, measures, targets and, at times, lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. The Corporate Strategy Consultant will also report progress to strategy leadership and the executive team. The Corporate Strategy Consultant will be accountable to provide an ongoing strategic view and direction on multiple initiatives and partner with stakeholders across multiple business areas to meet strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree
Minimum 1 + years experience in a strategic role (e.g. Analysts, Researchers, Consultants, Strategy Developers etc.)
Experience managing small to medium projects or 1+ workstream(s) within a larger strategic initiative
Demonstrated progressive, expanded responsibilities with a proven track record of success
Ability to apply structured thinking and frameworks to solving problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Working locations are offices in the Washington D.C. area or Louisville, KY at Humana s corporate headquarters.
Preferred Qualifications
Master s degree (MBA, MPH, etc.)
Healthcare industry, management consulting, corporate strategy and/or business unit strategy, and/or business analysis experience
Balance Scorecard Professional Certification (BSPC)
OKR Certification
