Responsible for Managing HVAC, Plumbing and Refrigeration installations. Review and report on Profit and Loss, develop installation strategies for the project to be financially profitable.Reports to: Sr Project ManagerDaily Job DutiesEstimate Bulletins & RFP Change order for project managing, give to the PMA to Submit and trackWrite RFI for Project, pass RFI to PA to Submit and TrackDevelop Submittals for the Project, Pass on to the PMA to Submit and TrackObtain Quotes, Parts from VendorsTrack Parts, Materials and EquipmentCoordinate with and/or direct subcontractor coordinationCreate and Edit CAD Drawings for project (Preferred)Review HVAC systems and basic designs for RFI'sType and create proposalsCreate tracking spreadsheets as neededPerform regular site visits to ensure project is progressingAssist Engineers with design and specifications on design build and retrofit projectsAssist commercial sales group with acquiring equipment and system information for replacement quotes and maintenance contractsAdministrative tasks as job requiresOversee Project Assistant project submittals trackingOversee Project Assistant project RFI trackingOversee Project Assistant project Change Order trackingOther tasks as assigned by managementPerformance Indicators:Ability to learn new processes, procedures and software Indicators:Pace at which tasks are completedProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD(preferred)Ability to think on your own, Keep yourself busy, minimize distractionsContributions to the growth of the Commercial DepartmentAttitude and EffortsRequirementsSkills:Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD preferredHVAC/Plumbing/Hydronic experience preferred but not requiredConstruction experience preferred but not requiredConstruction Project Management or Engineering Technology Education/Degree from Trade School or CollegeStrong Communications and Organizational SkillsSelf MotivationWork Hours:
