Immediate need for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Accountant with a strong background in financial reporting, seeking to contribute expertise in preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a hybrid role with a leading global telecommunications company.

Requirements:

* Collaborate with internal departments including Tax, GL, and International Accounting, as well as external auditors and advisors, to facilitate seamless reporting processes.

* Spearhead the planning and preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in adherence to U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements.

* Prepare financial statements for joint ventures, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting entities.

* Assist International Accounting Function with statutory and lender-required audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.

* Contribute to the implementation of new reporting standards in compliance with U.S. GAAP & IFRS, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

* Conduct technical accounting research and prepare technical accounting memos to address complex issues as required.

Education:

* Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance or other business related field.

* 3+ years of relevant experience.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and financial modeling.
