Job Summary

The product manager will lead the management of an existing B2B product portfolio and the development of new products and services. The candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and business goals.Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a software or technology companyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualification

Experience with HR technologies or other B2B servicesProduct Management experience in the Private Equity sectorCore Work Activities

Formalize and manage all product roadmapsCommunicate the product value proposition and progress to stakeholders especially Marketing & SalesTranslate customer feedback and business requirements into user stories and technical specificationsPrioritize and manage the product backlog and communicate the rationale behind the decisionsWork closely with the IT team to ensure timely and efficient development of the productsDefine and track key performance indicators and success metrics for the productsConduct customer research and market analysis to identify and validate product opportunitiesAdditional Responsibilities, Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
