If you desire to make a difference and work with an award-winning team of professionals, submit your application today! Position Description: Provide C5ISR architecture-based processes, frameworks, tools, and architecture views/viewpoints.
Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and datasheets.
Apply standard practices and techniques in specific electrical engineering assignments.
Specify, evaluate, and select electronic and electromechanical components.
Create electrical systems, sub-systems, and prototypes for field deployable systems using fully customized designs, or adapter modules to connect to new and existing equipment.
Design power distribution systems to include wiring harnesses and battery systems.
Troubleshoot circuits and perform repairs as necessary.
Perform fundamental engineering duties in preliminary designs, performing tests, taking measurements, and performing system analyses.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality electrical engineering solutions.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure consistency and coherence in overall system architecture.
Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and performance tests.
Utilize MBSE tools such as Magic Draw and Enterprise Architecture for documentation. Desired/Preferred Skills:
Experience working with user representatives, and Army and Joint programs to develop and execute interoperability testing between systems.
Experience with the design and integration of electronics.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Accurate and precise attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
Education/Certifications: Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
