Description
As a Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and leading the digital strategy and execution for Moore, ensuring that it drives growth, engagement, and conversion across all digital channels and platforms. You will create and manage the content, campaigns, and analytics for Moore's website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and other digital initiatives, working with outsourced vendors and our internal Moore Digital team. You will work to automate our marketing systems to create coherent and compelling customer journeys. You will work closely with the Chief Brand Officer and other marketing leaders to ensure the digital strategy aligns with the marketing objectives and target markets. You will also be a key member of the marketing team, contributing to the overall vision and goals of the department.

Requirements
Develop and implement the digital strategy for Moore, including objectives, KPIs, budgets, and plans for all digital channels and platforms
Create and manage all digital content and campaigns, such as website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, video, podcasts, webinars, and blogs
Ensure that digital content and campaigns are consistent with the brand strategy and design standards, and that they support Moore's marketing objectives and target markets
Deliver effective and engaging digital marketing materials and campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and conversion
Develop and execute digital advertising strategies for brand building, lead generation, persuasion, closing sales, and attracting and retaining quality employees
Analyze and report on digital marketing results and use these data to optimize future performance
Build trusted internal and external relationships
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support digital marketing efforts
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI
Use tools to automate customer and potential customer journeys
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply them to Moore's digital strategy and execution

Required Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree. Education in marketing, design, communication, or related field a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and conversion
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for different audiences and channels
Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and insights and generate innovative and effective digital marketing solutions
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple assignments
Self-motivated and able to collaborate with a wide range of individuals
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
Proficiency with relevant digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, Salesforce, YouTube Marketing, etc.
Proficiency with generative AI systems strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
