We are now recruiting a Supervisor to be part of our growing team on our Barrow Island Project.Your role:Assist with project mobilisation and readiness activities.Support resource management and coordination with respect to people, plant and equipment.Effectively lead, coach and support a team of team members across a range of disciplines.Interface and work closely with our onsite engineers to ensure overall project progress, quality and safety.Drive a culture of safety excellence centred on self and others.Lead and effectively manage client engagement and key stakeholder relationships.Your background:7 yrs minimum experience with civil construction in a similar roleExperience supervising complex, multiple supervisor teamsDemonstrated experience ideally with earthworks, roads, electrical or drainage related projects.Strong interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.At Ertech we lay a foundation centred around core values, positive interactions, a good culture, and our leaders stay connected to employees.
