The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel.. This person must also have ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. Other responsibilities may include but not limited to these;
* Pick up dirty towels/sheets and trash from guest rooms and floors
* Sort & deliver linen.
* Deliver items to guest
A friendly/caring approach to guests and fellow colleagues is required. All colleagues should be able to connect with others in a safe way based on COVID-19 cleanliness, hygienic and well-being standards.
* Must have schedule flexibility - will require evening shifts approximately 3PM-11:30PM and must be able to work weekends and holidays.
* Must have basic communication skills
* Must be able to wear proper PPE at all times, this includes, mask, gloves, and other items based on your wok.
* Must have basic communication skills.
* Should be comfortable with technology. Requires use of handheld electronic device for tracking work orders and communicating with leadership & other departments.
