Job description

WC Smith has an exciting opportunity for a Security Officer to join our Washington View team. The successful candidate will have both security and customer service experience. This position requires significant interaction with residents and guests.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors properties, as well as the grounds of the properties
Effectively communicates with the management team regarding all issues and concerns.
Creates an onsite presence with residents and guests to ensure the safety of the community
Acts as the liaison between the residents and the management team when the office is closed
Reviews security footage if necessary
Professionally communicates concerns with residents or guests when a property rule is violated
Other duties as assigned by the manager
Career Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years' experience of proven success performing most of the duties outlined above
Ability to work in fast paced environments
Strong organizational, and customer service skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Must be Currently employed with MPD Exemplary problem-solving and analytic skills
Ability to work a flexible work schedule
