The first step in the management development progression will be a position as Operations Manager. This position is directly responsible for all aspects of customer service and materials for a manufacturing plant. This encompasses customer service, quality, production scheduling, logistics management, materials management, and human resource management.
Compensation plus 25% bonus and full benefits. They also have an excellent profit-sharing program once vested in the company.
