Schedule: Courses conducted approximately once per quarter, within regular workweeks (Monday to Friday)

Schedule: Courses conducted approximately once per quarter, within regular workweeks (Monday to Friday)
Duties:
- Conduct on-site Metallurgy training courses customized for 60 workforces, focusing on Welding, Materials, Additive Manufacturing, and Heat Treatment.
- Tailor course material and schedule in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure relevance to naval applications and alignment with industry standards.
- Lead training sessions resulting in the issuance of certificates in Applied General Metallurgy or Welding Metallurgy, in accordance with course requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Metallurgy or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with a PhD.
- Experience in delivering training or instruction preferred.
