If you have the right experience, attitude, and intelligence, then let s talk We're ready to pay top dollar for home improvement experts Starting rates from $29 to $36 per hour Requirements Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in the residential construction field. Your own set of tools, including extension ladders Proficiency in carpentry - trim, door hanging, wood rot repair, ability to identify load bearing walls. Proficiency in drywall repair and painting, both interior and exterior. Remodeling experience - you should be comfortable remodeling a bathroom from start to finish. Electrical experience - you should know how to set up a three way switch Plumbing experience - you should know how to sweat copper & run a drain pipe.
