Judge Direct Placement is hiring two District Managers in Maryland! Responsibilities: Oversee management and associate teams for 3-5 stores Motivate employees and create a results focused working environment Ensure a high level of productivity by implementing efficient and effective work practices Coordinate, implement and monitor new standards and projects within the district Drive business results and hold teams accountable for meeting targets Manage performance through coaching and development Collaborate with other departments and stores to ensure efficient operations Ensure continuous store compliance on company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned (project work, concept implementation, training, etc. Requirements: Ability to make decisions to improve business results Ability to travel between store locations Ability to offer Customer, Associate and management service in a professional, friendly and helpful wayAbility to work cooperatively with othersAbility to work all assigned work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policiesAbility to engage, motivate and lead Associates to achieve store goalsMust be able to model and set an example for upholding Mission, Vision, Values of the company Able to communicate professionally (verbal and written communications) Planning and Organizing-Sets priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivityAchieving Results Gets results and achieves goals
