The Girls' Dean will play a crucial role in providing leadership, guidance, and support to female students, fostering a safe and nurturing residential environment conducive to their overall development and well-being. This person will serve as a mentor and role model for our students, providing guidance on personal, social, and academic matters, and offering support in times of need.Required Experience

Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, social work, or related fieldPrevious experience working with adolescents in an educational or residential setting, preferably as a dormitory supervisor, resident director, or similar role.Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students, staff, and parents/guardians.Knowledge of adolescent development, counseling techniques, and crisis intervention strategies.Ability to create a supportive and inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity.Commitment to upholding Christian values and principles in all aspects of the role.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Must have the legal right to work in the US and be able to provide evidence of that right if employed.
